Policies


The Manti Country Village Motel is a property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.  If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us by 5pm – 24 hours* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
 
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 24 hours* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
 
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A full 1 week cancellation notice is required for holidays and special events. (The Mormon Miracle Pageant, Memorial Day Weekend, Rat Fink Weekend, and the Manti ATV Ride Weekend, ALL require a 1 week cancellation notice.) If you are booking more than 6 rooms, a 1 week cancellation notice is also required.

Check In/Out and Smoking Policy

Check-in: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM. If arriving outside of these check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
 
Check-out: 11:00 AM. If you need the room a little longer please check with the front desk. Anyone staying after 12:30 PM will be charged for an additional night.
 
Absolutely NO Smoking is permitted inside our rooms. Smoking is permitted outside as long as you are 25 feet from the building. (Utah State law) Any violation of this policy will result in a $250.00 cleaning charge to your credit card.

Pets and Payment Options

We do welcome pets in a few selected rooms. We do not allow any pets on the second floor. Please notify the front desk when making your reservations that you have a pet so we can accommodate you in a pet friendly room. A $75.00 refundable deposit is required for all pets. A pet can not be left unattended in a room unless it is contained in a kennel. If it is found that your pet is barking or disturbing other guests, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises.
 
A credit card is required to hold a room reservation and to be on file for any incidental charges.
 
Payment Options: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners, American Express, Travelers Cheque, and in-state checks.
